There's a moment when
if you listen to your thoughts
you can notice a tiny gap between them
before the thoughts become words
where you "know" what the words should be
without thinking them

Just try to lengthen the gaps
and know the words

As you breathe in
try to imagine you're breathing out
and visa-versa
the breath will sort itself out
